The Lanes of Brighton is situated in The Lanes Conservation Area, a stone’s throw from the world famous Brighton Pier. This is where another amazing project has been completed by BRAC Developments.

Located in Black Lion Street, five storey Moore House is very close to the seafront so that in itself created challenges. Set within a popular tourist area and a busy commercial district of Brighton there were several key considerations for health and safety as well as negotiating strict local Council rulings.

We have extensive experience in the requirements of local Councils for road closures, along with managing the impact on the local business communities as well as general public safety. These aspects are  is what BRAC Developments excels at. We ensured that disruption was minimised and the project remained on track.

We worked with renowned architects Ackroyd Lowrie and the entire project included:

The addition of a two-storey steel frame roof extension

Provision of new office space

Upgrade of all communal areas

Full refurbishment of the building

An associated roof terrace

Addition of a new bathroom to level four

The building now boasts a fabulous sea view and this development has added much value to the rental of this space.

Highly experienced and totally flexible, the BRAC team once again showcased their pedigree and commitment to excellence within the construction sector with the work completed at Moore House.
