By utilising the space above the property, BRAC are developing it into new apartments. These will be produced off site using modular construction and delivered to the site where BRAC will set them onto the building. Once completed, refurbishment of the façade of the entire building will be completed to blend the old building with the new construction.
BRAC are handling all elements from conceptual design through to planning permission and final construction. The work will be carried out with minimum impact and disruption on the existing building and its residents.
