BRAC Developments were instructed to construct a 4th floor directors’ suite as an additional floor to this Grade II listed building.
Works involved structural works, an upgrade to the existing lift and slate and lead works to newly formed mansard roof.
The building then had new HVAC replacement and lighting installed.
All works were carried out in accordance with Grosvenor Estates specification.
